Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a credit toward future purchases. Due to the nature of our fresh, made-to-order meals, we are unable to offer refunds or credits once the program has commenced or delivery has occurred. We encourage participants to review their schedules carefully prior to committing to the program and reach out to our support team if any changes need to be made within the cancellation window.
